Stella Hotel - Johor Bahru

The room and all are so far very good and clean but I was disappointed when I check out the staff which a malay man check the room and he said he will charge me RM5 from my deposit because the towel we use was abit dirty like black spot or something. My question is of course we use towel sometime it will be dirty then why they charge me RM5?? I have stay at other hotel nothing issues on this towel all 1st time like this. Pls clear this for me thank you.

Staying at this hotel for 3 night and everything is good. The room is big and clean. The hotel hv a lift. There is mini refrigerator which is perfect for anyone who staying more than 1 night, a water dispenser, a tv but only have 4 channel, the air-conditional funtion well and room is cool, wifi with high speed, and water pressure in the toilet also high pressure. They also provide some toiletries. Easily to park your car near at the hotel. You also can get some good food and mini market near to the hotel. Lastly, the receptionist is very kind.

Easy to find as it is in front of main road and near to Danga Bay/JB. Accessible for wheelchair user. Plenty of parking. Big room and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Receptionist reminded that iron or hairdryer are upon request. One of the receptionist guy (i assume is not Malay) even went out to help me push my mom’s wheelchair when he saw me outside 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I like the athomesphere, and they way the room is keepeed with clean environment. They have coway water.

I checked in very very late...reached the hotel at about 4am!!! Alhamdulillah the staff waited for me. Really appreciated the services. Staff also recommended the food stall just in front of the hotel. Very convenience.
